Requirements

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or any equivalent field.

  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and study architectural/structural drawings. Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

  • Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! (Training will be provided).

Responsibilities

JOB SCOPE

  • Material Take-Off: Accurately measure and take off material quantities based on construction drawings.

  • Tender & Estimation: Prepare competitive quotations and comprehensive tender documents.

  • Procurement: Manage material ordering and coordinate with suppliers.

  • Post-Contract Administration: Prepare monthly progress claims and handle contract-related documentations.
