Required Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or user experience design.

Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and design thinking.

Hands-on experience with Figma and prototyping tools.

Expertise in wireframing, user flows, journey mapping, and information architecture.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design.

Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.

Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
