Responsibilities

ERP System Migration & Finance Transformation

•

Lead end-to-end ERP system migration projects across multiple entities and countries, ensuring successful planning, implementation, testing, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live stabilization.

•

Partner with business users, IT teams, ERP consultants, and external vendors to ensure project milestones, budget, and timelines are achieved.

•

Drive process standardization, automation, and optimization initiatives across finance, accounting, procurement, treasury, and reporting functions.

•

Develop and implement finance transformation roadmaps to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, controls, and scalability.

•

Evaluate and redesign finance processes to align with global best practices and future-state operating models.

Shared Services Center (SSC) Leadership

•

Lead and manage the Finance Shared Service Center (SSC), ensuring efficient delivery of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Treasury, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany processes.

•

Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and operational governance frameworks to drive service excellence.

•

Continuously improve productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction through process improvement initiatives and automation.

•

Develop and enforce standardized policies, procedures, and internal controls across shared service operations.

•

Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities within the SSC environment.

•

Strengthen internal control frameworks and ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

•

Support external audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews across multiple jurisdictions.

•

Monitor operational performance and deliver management reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

•

Minimum 10-15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with significant exposure to finance operations and shared services environments.

•

Strong technical accounting foundation with Big 4 audit background preferred.

•

Proven experience leading or playing a key leadership role in at least one large-scale ERP migration or ERP implementation project.

•

Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or similar systems.

•

Strong background working within a Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) environment, managing regional or global finance processes.

•

Experience supporting multi-country, multi-currency, and multi-entity operations.

•

Solid knowledge of internal controls, governance, and financial compliance requirements.

•

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

•

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

•

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

•

Experience with robotics process automation (RPA), business intelligence tools, and digital finance transformation initiatives.

•

Familiarity with IFRS and international finance operations is advantageous.
