ACCOUNTS AND HR EXECUTIVE (1 VACANCY)

We are looking for an organised and experienced Accounts and HR Executive to support the management of our office.

ABOUT US 

CONTEXAXIA (CONTEX) is a large-scale expo and conference management company with a credited track record as the creator and developer of award-winning expos, exhibitions and events for Malaysia at local and international levels.

As we embark on our next phase with new projects, both locally and internationally, we are looking for capable and career-driven team players to support the Company’s strategic direction and expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily accounting, invoicing, payments and coordinate collections.
• Assist with payroll, staff records, leave records and other HR administration.
• Manage general office administration, documentation and correspondence.
• Maintain proper filing systems and ensure documents are organised and up to date.
• Liaise with suppliers, staff and relevant parties when required.
• Ensure the office runs smoothly and provide reliable support to the Management and the team.

REQUIREMENTS

• SPM, Diploma or Degree holder.
• 2-6 years of sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in exhibition, events or advertising sales.
• Telemarketing experience would be an advantage.
• Pleasant personality, highly motivated, results-driven and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages would be an added advantage.
