Job Description
Responsibilities
As a support staff, you will be providing administrative and customer service support to the career centre operations. Your duties include:
Responsibilities
Check and prepare records: Review case & records to ensure information is accurate, complete and up to date.
Support case processing: Assist with processing data entry cases, including creating profiles, updating required fields, retrieving missing information and calling to verify cases from internal systems where needed.
Handle data entry cases: Manage a high volume of data entry cases and ensure information is keyed in accurately and on time, based on the criteria and guidance provided.
Support reporting and operations: Assist with ad-hoc record checks, data reconciliation, reporting support and other administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Requirements
O level and above qualification
Able to converse in English & another 2nd language
Prior customer service experience, preferably in handling challenging situations or demanding clients
Meticulous, independent and a team-player
Willing to learn and able to adapt to new job matching systems
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
