AMOREPACIFIC Hiring! Full Time Trade Marketing Executive in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is currently looking to hire a Trade Marketing Executive who will be accountable for planning and executing marketing activities.

You will play an important role, such as:

• Participate in brand management, in areas of ATL, collaboration & sponsorship and monthly trade promotion planning and execution.
• Assist the development of marketing plans to achieve brand & business objectives and take ownership in marketing execution.
• Collaborate with Social Media PIC to plan and execute monthly social media content related to monthly promotions or in-store campaigns.
• Collaborate with the key sales team to support in-store and trade marketing initiatives which include Laneige standalone boutiques and department store counters.
• Collaborate with CRM PIC to assist with customer relation programme such as promotional mechanics.
• Develop and produce diverse marketing & promotional materials, in line with the brand guidelines, campaign timeline and budget.
• Implement brand guidelines and act as a key gatekeeper for all product brand equity materials communicated both internally and externally.
• Champion and execute trade marketing activation activities / events either in-house or collaboration with third parties, including liaising with vendor, activities coordination and execution, post campaign analysis.
• Work closely with cross functional teams (Sales, Training, Ecom, Finance, Supply Chain etc) to ensure strategies are delivered on time.
• Responsible for sourcing & producing local premiums (GWP) for offline and cross-functional departments such as MBS and EC.
• Responsible for allocation of GWPs, premiums and samples to channels for promotions and Trade Marketing activities.
• Actively communicate and participate in retailers & malls' marketing initiatives to amplify brand's exposure within the respective landscape.
• Collaborate with EC team to strategize and have 360 promotions, especially during major campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you would need to have:

• Master / Degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, Mass Communication or any relevant field.
• Preferably with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in the retail industry, and possess an excellent understanding of PR & Trade Marketing.
• Candidates with experience or exposure in the retail industry or a similar capacity, particularly in FMCG or Beauty industries, will have an added advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of the SAP system, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop can be a plus point.
• Good communication skills and presentation skills.
