Smartlink Engineering Hiring! Full Time CNC EXECUTIVE (TURNING) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,750 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a CNC Executive (Turning) to join our tool shop manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing CNC turning operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, and adherence to customer specifications and company standards.

Current Location : Seksyen 32 Shah Alam

New Location : Relocation to Sijangkang planned for Qarter *************.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and monitor CNC turning production activities.
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot CNC turning machines and processes.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications and machining requirements.
• Develop and optimise CNC turning processes, tooling and cutting parameters.
• Prepare and modify CNC programs where required.
• Monitor machining performance, cycle time, productivity and product quality.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and other departments to resolve production and technical issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools and equipment.
• Support new product introduction, process development and tooling activities.
• Ensure production activities comply with company procedures, quality requirements and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to CNC operators and production personnel.
• Prepare production and technical reports when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Machining Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in CNC Turning / Precision Machining / Manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of CNC turning machines, tooling, cutting tools and machining processes.
• Experience in CNC programming and/or G-code is an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Familiar with measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer and height gauge.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in precision machining, semiconductor, automotive, aerospace or other high-precision industries will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with production and engineering teams.
• Able to work overtime when required and willing to work on shift basis.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,750.00 per month
