Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Basic: $5,500 – $6,500 + Incentive (Up to 25% of Annual Salary)

  • Location: Ubi, walking distance from MRT

  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections, damage assessments, and prepare quotations.

  • Identify recovery, repair, and reconstruction opportunities.

  • Liaise with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, suppliers, and subcontractors.

  • Support contract negotiation and secure projects.

  • Manage project cost, timeline, quality, resources, and safety.

  • Monitor profitability and ensure smooth project completion.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience in industrial plant maintenance / engineering.

  • Project management and technical sales experience preferred.
