Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent recognized qualification.

Minimum two years of relevant experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center or comparable healthcare setting.

Sound clinical knowledge of communication and swallowing disorders, including dysphagia management.

Conduct formal and informal evaluations to measure speech, language, articulation, oral-motor, and swallowing difficulties

Partner with doctors, Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialists, teachers, occupational therapists, and psychologists.

Maintain thorough clinical notes, progress reports, evaluation summaries, and billing records.

Participate in quality improvement, accreditation, clinical audits, service development and professional learning activities.

Ensure compliance with professional standards, hospital policies, infection prevention practices and regulatory requirements
