Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Research current social media trends, competitors, content ideas and consumer behaviour.
• Assist with TikTok Shop and e-commerce campaign activities.
• Support content planning and preparation of monthly or weekly content calendars.
• Develop ideas for short-form videos, promotional content and social media posts.
• Assist with content shooting, product demonstrations and behind-the-scenes production.
• Write captions, hooks, scripts and basic marketing copy.
• Assist in managing and publishing social media content.
• Support livestream campaigns, including product preparation, promotion planning and coordination.
• Assist in creator, influencer and affiliate marketing activities, including outreach and campaign coordination.
• Monitor campaign, video, livestream and social media performance and prepare basic reports and performance summaries.
• Support promotional campaigns such as Payday, Double-Digit Sales, Brand Days and product launches.
• Assist the team with other marketing and e-commerce projects when required.

Qualifications & Additional Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, E-Commerce, Multimedia, Media/Communication or related fields.
• Interest in TikTok, social media, content creation and e-commerce.
• Understanding of current social media trends and short-form video formats.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to take feedback and learn.
• Organised and able to handle multiple tasks; able to work independently after clear instructions.
• Basic writing and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and other major social media platforms.
• No professional experience is required.
