Job Responsibilities – Procurement Assistant

• Source suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate prices.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment when required.
• Coordinate and follow up on material deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
• Update and maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on purchasing matters.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
