We are seeking an organized and proactive Toolroom Admin to provide administrative support to our Engineering and Toolroom teams. In this role, you will manage engineering documentation, track tooling data, handle procurement requests (PRs), and assist in daily operational administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Document & Sample Management: Maintain master lists for engineering drawings, control/distribute Golden Samples, and register documents (BOM, Work Instructions, CP, PFMEA) in the OA system.
- Procurement & Expense Tracking: Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR / EPR) for tooling repairs, machine servicing, and spare parts, and track monthly tooling spending and counter shot records.
- Toolroom Support & Filing: Prepare and maintain chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS), file tool repair forms and final tool approvals, and manage departmental stationery.
- Technician Logistics: Coordinate technician overtime, leave applications, and attendance records while following up on document sign-offs.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum SPM certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–2 years of working experience in administrative or engineering/factory support roles. (Knowledge of plastic injection manufacturing is a strong added advantage).
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic OA system data entry.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm
