Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Purchasing, or equivalent.
• Candidates with a Finance/Accounting background are preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in stock control, inventory, finance, accounting or administration.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and stock/inventory records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good coordination skills and able to communicate with Purchasing, Production and other departments.

Job Description:

Stock Control & Forecasting

• Monitor and update stock records and Stock Cards.
• Conduct regular stock take and check physical stock against records.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies.
• Prepare Stock Adjustment with proper approval.
• Monitor stock levels and stock shortages/excess.
• Prepare stock forecast based on usage and production requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Production for stock availability.

Administration

• Maintain proper filing of accounting, purchasing and stock documents.
• Prepare relevant reports and records for management.
• Ensure documents and records are properly maintained for audit purposes.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
• Understanding company management system (MS) policies.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
