We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team at Exodus MM2H Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, generating leads, and supporting brand awareness initiatives. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to drive business growth.

Job Description:
Marketing Campaigns & Strategy

• Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
• Work closely with the operations and management team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Content Creation & Coordination

• Develop engaging marketing content, including brochures, presentations, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
• Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, XHS, Tiktok & etc.) and grow online presence.
• Monitor digital performance metrics and assist in SEO/SEM strategies.

Event Marketing

• Support in organizing seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and overseas roadshows.
• Prepare event materials, liaise with speakers, and ensure brand consistency.

Branding & PR

• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure materials reflect Exodus’s premium and professional image.
• Assist in developing press releases and media engagement where needed.

Market Research & Reporting

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support data-driven decisions.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
