Chief Executive Officer (Confidential Digital Trust & Cybersecurity Business)

Position Summary

We are representing a leading digital trust, cybersecurity, and digital identity solutions provider seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive its next phase of growth and transformation. The CEO will be responsible for shaping corporate strategy, accelerating commercial expansion, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and delivering sustainable business performance while ensuring compliance within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall business strategy, growth agenda, and execution of long-term expansion plans.
• Assume full accountability for P&L performance, revenue growth, profitability, and shareholder value creation.
• Drive market leadership in digital trust, cybersecurity, digital identity, and emerging digital services.
• Build strong relationships with government agencies, regulators, industry bodies, enterprise customers, and strategic partners.
• Identify and commercialize new growth opportunities, partnerships, investments, and market expansion initiatives.
• Ensure robust governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity standards.
• Lead organizational transformation, innovation, and operational excellence to support sustainable growth.
• Develop a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Provide strategic guidance and regular business performance updates to the Board of Directors.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, Business Unit Head, or equivalent executive leadership role.
• Proven success in driving business growth, transformation, profitability, and market expansion.
• Strong exposure to digital trust, cybersecurity, digital identity, fintech, telecommunications, technology platforms, or digital services.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence regulators, government stakeholders, boards, investors, and strategic partners.
• Strong commercial acumen across strategy, business development, operations, and financial management.
• Experience in regulated industries and/or Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
