• Provide sales administrative support to regional distributors across various marketsProcess purchase orders and coordinate monthly order submissions
• Monitor sales rebates, claims and statements of accounts
• Prepare weekly, bi-weekly and monthly sales reports
• Assist with business reviews, budget planning and sales-related documentation
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth sales and order operations
• Provide admin support for regional marketing activities, events and promotional initiatives
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business or related discipline
• Min 2 years experience in relevant job scope
• 5 days work week (Mon to Fri 9am - 530pm)
• Working Location: Macpherson
• Salary: Up to $3800
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
