Job Overview

We are looking for Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in KL Sentral. The ideal candidates should be native Japanese speakers with good English communication skills and at least 6 months of customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional assistance in Japanese and English.
• Respond to customer questions through the required communication channels.
• Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle complaints professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established procedures.
• Ensure service quality and compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker.
• Good English communication skills (B1 level or above).
• Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience.
• Diploma or Degree qualification.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work a permanent night shift.
• Able to work onsite at KL Sentral.
• Available to join in early November 2026.
