The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager / Delivery Lead to support the implementation of an Enterprise AI platform for a major organization in Singapore.

The initial engagement will focus on delivering an enterprise AI pilot, integrating business data and applications, and establishing the foundation for a broader organizational rollout.

This role requires a hands-on delivery professional who understands enterprise AI technologies, cloud platforms and systems integration, and can effectively coordinate internal engineering teams, technology partners and customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead day-to-day project planning, execution and delivery of an Enterprise AI implementation.
• Manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, budget, resources, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate Singapore-based and offshore engineering teams, solution architects and technology vendors.
• Facilitate workshops, technical discussions, steering meetings and project reporting.
• Drive pilot delivery, testing, user acceptance and production handover.
• Manage issues, change requests and delivery commitments in a fixed-price project environment.

Enterprise AI & Technical Coordination

• Work closely with solution architects and engineers on AI platform implementation, enterprise data integration and cloud architecture.
• Coordinate integration activities involving enterprise applications, data platforms and APIs.
• Support delivery of AI assistants, enterprise search and agentic AI use cases.
• Understand key considerations around LLMs, RAG, AI agents, data governance, security and cloud integration.
• Manage technical dependencies across customer IT teams, third-party technology providers and delivery resources.

Stakeholder Management & Adoption

• Act as a primary operational point of contact for customer project stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into actionable project deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor delivery KPIs, pilot outcomes and readiness for subsequent rollout phases.
• Support planning for enterprise-wide adoption and future AI initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT project management, technology consulting or enterprise systems implementation.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise software, cloud, data or AI projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and external technology partners.
• Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG or enterprise AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, enterprise data platforms, APIs and systems integration.
• Strong project planning, risk management, reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
