Key Responsibilities:

·Support Directors in managing projects in the pipeline, representing them at internal and external functions, and coordinating daily operations, timelines, and schedules

·Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of project plans and goals

·Supervise and manage civil, structural, and/or geotechnical engineering projects

·Coordinate project submissions to local authorities

·Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies

·Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional service and quality outcomes for our clients

·Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities, recognizing, and developing potential business opportunities

·Lead, mentor, and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements:

·Professional Engineer (Civil) registered with Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)

·Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience

·Proven leadership experience and organizational skills in a similar role

·Strong proficiency with engineering design software and analytical tools

·In-depth knowledge of design codes and regulatory requirements

·Well-organized, self-motivated, proactive and efficient team player
