The Employee’s responsibilities and performance expectations shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Check and process daily orders across all company sales channels, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, the company website, and other social media selling channels.
2. Print Air Waybills (AWBs) and ensure shipping labels match the correct customer orders. 3. Pack and prepare customer orders accurately, ensuring products are complete, in good condition, and securely packed.
4. Dispatch parcels on the same day where applicable, or before the deadlines and collection cut-off times set by the company, sales platforms, or courier services.
5. Manage pre-order processing and follow up on outstanding customer information required to complete orders.
6. Manage inventory, conduct regular stock counts, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
7. Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions regarding products, orders, personalised requests, and deliveries across all assigned channels.
8. Provide customer support before and after purchase, including handling complaints and following up on unresolved matters.
9. Receive, inspect, and carry out basic repairs for customer products, maintain repair records, and coordinate the return of repaired items. Escalate repairs requiring further technical assistance.
10. Coordinate with courier services on parcel collection, tracking, delivery delays, returned parcels, and other delivery issues.
11. Monitor packing materials and notify the supervisor when replenishment is required.
12. Keep the packing, repair, and stock areas clean, organised, and well maintained.
13. Perform other reasonable duties related to operations as assigned by the company from time to time.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
