Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Control or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC or a related field.

Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations and ISO standards.

Computer literate, with the ability to analyse data and prepare technical reports.

Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

Possess at least an OSH Coordinator certification.

Well-versed in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 13485 standards.

Conduct internal audits for all ISO Management Systems.

Liaise with third-party auditors to maintain ISO certifications.

Possess experience in workplace safety and at least an OSH Coordinator certification.

Plan and conduct safety patrols and Safety and Health Committee meetings.

Liaise with government authorities such as JKKP for factory inspections.

Coordinate with third-party service providers to conduct safety and health monitoring, including:

• Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA)

• Chemical Exposure Monitoring (CEM)

• Audiometry

• Medical Surveillance

• Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV)

Prepare safety and health documentation, including:

• Register of Compliance Obligations

• HIRARC

• Risk Assessments

• Safety and Health Committee Meeting Minutes

• Safety Procedures

Conduct safety induction programmes for all new employees.

Ensure appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided to employees.
