Requirements:

• RSW, Degree in Social Work or above
• 5 years post-degree Social Work experience
• Experience in elderly services, carer support services or community-based programmes is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of project management, budget monitoring and service evaluation
• Ability to work independently, supervise a team and collaborate with community stakeholders
• Self-motivated, responsible and committed to supporting elderly persons and their carers
• Good command in Eng & Chin

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the overall management and daily operation of the Centre
• Supervise the project team and ensure effective service delivery
• Coordinate and implement services and programmes for elderly persons and their carers
• Liaise with stakeholders, community partners and relevant organisations to facilitate service collaboration
• Monitor project progress and ensure the achievement of service targets
• Oversee project budgets, resources and related administrative matters
• Prepare project reports and perform other duties as assigned.
