Your new role

• Support the end-to-end delivery of AI, data and analytics projects, from understanding business requirements through solution design, development and implementation.
• Work with clients to identify AI and data opportunities, translating business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions and recommendations.
• Contribute to AI implementation within business applications, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, analytics and data transformation use cases.
• Collaborate with technical teams and client stakeholders, supporting workshops, analysis, documentation and presentations throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years of relevant experience across AI, data analytics, technology or transformation projects, with some exposure to AI projects or AI implementation within applications.
• Strong business and functional understanding, with the ability to connect AI/data solutions to business requirements rather than operating purely as a technical developer.
• Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project experience, approach and recommendations.
• Relevant experience within Financial Services and/or Consulting. Experience across Banking, Capital Markets, FinTech, InsurTech or supporting Financial Services clients would be advantageous.

Good to Have

• Combination of Consulting + Financial Services experience.
• Business Analyst / functional consulting background with meaningful AI or data transformation exposure.
