Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly, take orders and provide friendly, professional service.
Recommend pastries and other products based on customer preferences.
Handle cashier duties, process payments and ensure accurate transactions.
Assist with packing, displaying and restocking pastries and other products.
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene and product presentation standards.
Follow company SOPs, food safety regulations and hygiene guidelines.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.
Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
