Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting pest control and fumigation services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, planning and executing marketing campaigns, preparing sales proposals, and following up on leads to meet sales targets. The role involves collaborating with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations and company standards. The Sales Marketing Executive will also support brand-building initiatives and participate in events or outreach activities to strengthen the company’s presence in the local market.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, prepare proposals, and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales to manage the sales pipeline, negotiate terms, and achieve revenue targets.
• Relevant experience in pest control, hygiene services, or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools for reporting, presentations, and customer communication.
• Minimum diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
