Responsibilities
Location:
Yishun Industrial Park
Basic Salary:
Up to S$3,200 + AWS + Bonus
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Process customer sales orders and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Update customers on order status, delivery schedules and stock availability.
Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product information and support.
Maintain accurate sales records, documentation and system updates.
Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking.
Provide administrative support to the sales team and coordinate daily sales activities.
Ensure orders and sales documentation are handled according to company procedures.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.
