MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• In-charge all department Operations, which covers, put-away, staging, picking, RTV, REN, ITN, stock take, cycle count, packing, and any other warehouse activities of the assigned department.
• Assist in weekly (Friday) service bay and sold bay report submission to Operation Managers.
• Prepare and managed transfer (in and out) to (IBT) showrooms and ensure system updated accordingly.
• Advice admin staff on receiving booking from supplier.
• Ensure Warehouse Assistants perform location proper housekeeping, labeling and goods arrangement.
• Closely monitor on all pending transactions and ensure the transactions (transfer, dummy) are closed.
• Assist to follow up with purchaser, Operation Managers and supplier for RTV and ensure all RTV goods are collected by suppliers and system transactions been done.
• Adhere and comply with all KPIs, SOPs, Work Instructions and other company policies implemented. Any deviation of SOP-immediate action must be taken.
• Responsibility for inventory accuracy (above 99.5%) of respective department.
• Conduct daily briefing within the department’s staffs on task allocation, quality and KPI.
• Ensure weekly/daily cycle count is done within the department, all cycle count records filed accordingly. Discrepancies shall be reconciled within 48 hours.
• Ensure stock take preparation done prior to actual stock take.
• Ensure and assist in the process that all orders are being expedited in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed daily and accurately.
• Take on the responsibilities for inventory accuracy, pilferage, shortage and theft.
• Daily planning on department operation and manpower.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse equipments/ supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene and health standards/procedures.
• Ensure departmental personnel carry out their duties without fail.
• Ensure checking for home delivery, ITN inbound and outbound is done.
• Assist in managing the service bay location (inbound and outbound) and sold bay location.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
