Royal Organisation is expanding our face-to-face Sales & Marketing team. You’ll start by learning customer engagement and campaign sales, with opportunities to develop into coaching and team support responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Engage potential customers at assigned campaign locations.
Present client offerings and answer customer questions.
Work towards individual and team sales goals.
Apply feedback and develop consistent working habits.
Support newer colleagues when ready for additional responsibility.
