Working Location : Kempas,JB

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue ORS and RRS documents accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Process customer project orders, including picking items according to order requirements and coordinating with subcontractors for order collection.
• Communicate with customers via email to coordinate orders, respond to enquiries, and follow up on order-related matters.
• Assist with inbound and outbound transit operations by preparing, checking, and maintaining the necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with the night shift operations team to ensure smooth daily operations and timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date order documents and records.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum STPM or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and email communication.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Willing to work night shifts and 5.5 days per week.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transit operations, or order processing will be an advantage.
