Job Responsibilities

* Represent Jon’s Mead Life Crisis at weekend flea markets, pop-up markets and events.

* Introduce customers to our locally handcrafted mead and other products.

* Explain product flavours, ingredients, serving suggestions and basic mead knowledge to customers.

* Actively engage with visitors and convert enquiries into sales.

* Handle on-site sales, payments and order collection.

* Assist with booth setup and teardown before and after events.

* Maintain an attractive and organised sales booth throughout the event.

* Keep track of stock and sales during each event.

* Assist with packing, transporting and returning unsold stock where required.

* Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.

* Represent the brand professionally and provide a friendly customer experience.

• Job Requirements

• * Non Halal product

• * Available to work weekends, including occasional public holidays.

• * Own transport and willing to travel to different event locations.

• * Comfortable approaching and talking to customers.

• * Confident in explaining and promoting products.

• * Sales, F&B, retail, event or promoter experience is an advantage, but not essential.

• * Genuine interest in mead, craft beverages, alcohol or the brewing industry.

• * Responsible, reliable, punctual and presentable.

• * Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor/event environment.

• * Willing to learn about mead and the products being sold.
