QUALIFICATIONS & WORK COMMITMENT

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads and digital campaigns
• Strong understanding of leads, conversion and campaign performance
• 6 days/week during probation, 5 days/week upon confirmation

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

• Plan, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns
• Drive quality leads, conversions and business growth
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROAS and other key metrics
• Analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve conversion
