Jobs Responsibilities

• Support the administration and enhancement of Performance, Compensation and Benefits programmes, policies and frameworks across the organisation.
• Participate in HR system implementation and UAT, including test execution, validation and preparation of user guides and communication materials for Rewards related modules.
• Support data migration activities by extracting, consolidating and validating employee records; coordinate with stakeholders to address system queries and process feedback.
• Analyse large datasets relating to compensation, benefits, performance reviews and budgeting to support Rewards planning and decision making.
• Prepare recurring compensation and performance reports; review compensation proposals requiring further assessment and support participation in market or industry surveys.
• Contribute to Rewards and organisation wide projects, including process enhancements and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and data quality. 

Job Requirements

• Min. 4-6 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance or Rewards
