Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and engineering functions.
• Manage high-volume hiring, workforce ramp-ups and critical white-collar positions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, HRBPs and business leaders on manpower requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for manufacturing, engineering, technical and operational roles.
• Represent the company at career fairs, industry events and university engagements.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Improve recruitment processes and develop scalable hiring solutions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Recruitment Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience recruiting within manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, industrial, automotive or medical device industries.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and workforce ramp-up projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting engineering, technical, manufacturing and operational positions.
• Experience managing recruitment agencies, external partners and sourcing channels.
• Exposure to career fairs, university recruitment and employer branding is an advantage.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
