Western Cuisine Chef

• Prepare and cook Western dishes such as pasta, steak, grilled items, soups, salads, and sauces.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food presentation standards.
• Prepare ingredients and manage mise en place before service.
• Ensure food quality, taste, temperature, and presentation are consistent.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to food-safety standards.
• Monitor food stock and inform the supervisor when ingredients need replenishment.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff during busy service periods.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper food storage.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Sous Chef.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
