- Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience.

- Minimum 2 years experience supervising operators or technicians.

- Experience managing a small production team (10–30 people preferred).

- Hands-on experience in precision manufacturing, assembly or testing operations.

Preferred background:

- Precision electronics assembly.

- Sensor or camera module manufacturing.

- Semiconductor backend manufacturing.

- Medical device manufacturing.

- EMS or PCB assembly.

Language Requirements

- Able to communicate professionally in Mandarin Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Mandarin is required for daily coordination with China engineering and manufacturing teams.

- English and Bahasa Malaysia are required for communication with local employees and suppliers.

1. Production Line Management

- Manage daily precision electronics assembly and testing operations.

- Lead and supervise 10–30 operators and technicians.

- Allocate manpower and production resources.

- Monitor output, WIP, productivity and delivery performance.

2. Precision Assembly & Testing

- Manage manual and semi-automated assembly processes.

- Ensure compliance with SOP, Work Instructions and quality requirements.

- Support testing, inspection and final acceptance activities.

3. NPI & Manufacturing Transfer

- Support new product introduction and trial production.

- Support manufacturing transfer from China technical teams.

- Participate in production readiness and ramp-up activities.

4. Quality & Process Improvement

- Monitor yield, defects and rework.

- Support root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement.

- Maintain production records and traceability.

5. Operator Training & Team Development

- Train operators on assembly procedures and testing methods.

- Maintain skill qualification records.

- Build a disciplined and quality-focused production culture.
