EY Logistics Hiring! Full Time HR cum Admin Executive (Warehouse) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

1. Worker Management

• Handle and coordinate worker matters for Klang warehouse, Juru warehouse & Johor warehouse.
• Maintain proper filing and records of all worker documents.
• Attend to workers' general welfare.
• Liaise with agents, government authorities and relevant service providers on worker matters when required.
• Coordinate worker onboarding, reporting for duty, transfer, repatriation and resignation/termination arrangements.
• Assist HR in HQ and warehouse management in handling worker misconduct, absenteeism, disputes and other employment-related matters.

2. Warehouse HR Support

• Maintain and check employee attendance, leave, lateness, absenteeism and other manpower records.
• Support new employee and worker onboarding, including documentation, orientation and issuance of company items.
• Maintain updated employee records and personnel files.

3. Office & Warehouse Administration

• Maintain proper filing of documents, records, correspondence and administrative forms.
• Assist in coordinating utilities, cleaning, security and other administrative services.
• Support management with ad-hoc administrative and operational matters.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of HR and administrative experience, especially in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or similar environments.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to document expiry dates and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple HR and administrative matters.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
