• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Understanding of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams and electrical components.

• Familiarity with continuity testing, point-to-point checks, I/O verification and functional testing.

• Good attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Able to prepare clear and accurate technical records and reports.

• Responsible, systematic and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Experience in electrical panel testing, RTU, protection and control systems, FAT or quality inspection will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel and attend customer or project sites when required.

• Possess a valid driving license.

A. Testing and Verification

• Test and verify substation secondary-system panels.

• Perform continuity tests, point-to-point checks and wiring verification against approved drawings.

• Conduct I/O checks and functional testing according to approved procedures and project requirements.

• Check control circuits, indications, alarms and interlocks, where applicable.

• Support FAT and customer inspections.

• Identify and troubleshoot wiring errors and functional issues.

• Record test results and prepare testing reports and checklists.

B. Quality Inspection and Documentation

• Inspect completed panels for wiring, component installation, labelling and workmanship.

• Ensure testing and inspection meet approved drawings, specifications and acceptance criteria.

• Identify, record and report defects, non-conformities and incomplete work.

• Work with System Technicians and Engineering personnel to resolve issues and verify corrections.

• Conduct retesting and update records after rectification.

• Maintain accurate testing and inspection records.

• Support ISO audits and comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.

C. Coordination and Safety

• Coordinate with Engineering and Production teams to meet project schedules.

• Ensure testing instruments are suitable for use and within their calibration validity period.

• Follow electrical safety procedures and maintain a safe testing environment.

• Perform other relevant duties assigned by the immediate superior.
