ELB Group Hiring! Full Time Admin Assistant in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,200 - Ricebowl

Work Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm
Contract Duration: 3 Months (renewable)

Job Scope:

• Welcome and assist delivery partners and visitors with onboarding and registration processes
• Provide support for account activation and resolve general registration inquiries
• Conduct follow-up calls to applicants regarding their onboarding progress
• Review and verify application details and supporting documents
• Maintain accurate records and update information in internal systems
• Perform data entry and ensure information is complete and accurate
• Support inventory management, including stock counting, picking, packing, and organizing operational supplies
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain proper documentation
• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to handle light inventory and stock movement
• Willing to work full-time in an office environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,700 per month
• Travel Allowance: RM100 per month
• Performance Incentive: Up to RM400 per month
• Statutory Benefits: In accordance with the Employment Act
• Annual Leave: Prorated based on contract duration

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
