Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly competent and pragmatic Software Engineer to support mission-critical initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for re-architecting and rewriting existing Golang services into idiomatic, high-performance Java applications while ensuring engineering excellence, maintainability, and long-term system stability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the migration of mission-critical services from Golang to Java.
Develop clean, maintainable, and production-grade code.
Apply pragmatic engineering principles to solve complex business problems.
Document architectural decisions, technical approaches, and key design considerations.
Ensure solutions are robust, testable, and suitable for highly critical environments.
Collaborate closely with technical teams and contribute innovative solutions where required.
Utilize development tools effectively while maintaining ownership of solution quality and design decisions.
