JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Plan, supervise and coordinate all lifting activities with personnel and equipment engaged in lifting operation in close coordination with HSE

JOB DUTIES

· Supervise, coordinate and ensure safe lifting operation at site

· Ensure all safety devices are installed and functioning properly by conducting daily implementation and audit for all lifting devices

· Coordinate with Operation Department for deployment of equipment and manpower

· Coordinate with customer at site to ensure that all required passes, lifting appliances, gears and machines certificates and other documents are valid to facilitate the lifting job

· Follow site safety rules, practices and assist site team in promoting safety on the site

· Ensure delivery orders and timesheets are submitted to Operation Department upon completion of job

· Other duties as assigned by Operation Manager

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum “O” Level

· PC literate

· Min 5 years working experience in supervisory role

· Experience in construction/ Oil and Gas site coordination with good knowledge of Safety Regulations and Procedures.

· Possess /Lifting Supervisor/ BCSS Certificate, SWSHPP, WAH-Supervisor, Rigger/Signalman Certificate

· Strong communicator, mature, well organized and independently

· Knowledge in drafting and auto-cad operations would be an added advantage
