Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Online Sales Executives.
• Drive online sales through WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Develop lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
• Monitor daily sales activities, conversion rates and monthly KPIs.
• Coach team members on online selling, follow-up and closing techniques.
• Manage sales pipelines and improve lead conversion performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new sales talents.
• Execute digital campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct team performance reviews and sales strategy discussions.

Requirements

• Experience in online sales, telesales or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiar with WhatsApp Business and social media platforms.
• Confident in coaching and motivating a sales team.
• Target-driven, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage team performance.
• Individuals with strong sales experience and leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
