Job Description & Requirements :

-           Performs full spectrum of HR activities except payroll

-           Drive HRIS Project

-           Implement HR Policies and Procedures

-           Responsible for full recruitment cycle

-           Facilitate the performance management process

-           Monitor employee relations matters; promote effective communication and enhance working relationship

-           Monitor and understand employee training needs

-           Other HR projects and ad-hoc HR duties as and when assigned

-           Reports to Group Chief HR Officer

Required Skills and Qualifications :

-           Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications preferred

-           At least 5 years of experience in Senior HR leadership roles

-           Proficient in MS Office applications

-           Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
