️ Mandatory Requirement:

This position is open exclusively to Thai and Mandarin speakers residing in Malaysia with a valid Spouse Visa or Residence Pass-Talent (RPT/RP-T).

Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be shortlisted. Employment sponsorship is not available for this role.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: Up to RM4,000 (Total Package)

Location: Menara Shell, Kuala Lumpur

Thai Speaker (1 Vacancy)

Mandarin Speaker (1 Vacancy)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support business verification activities.
• Contact businesses to validate and update listing information.
• Review and verify business data according to established guidelines and policies.
• Resolve customer and user queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Analyze, update, and maintain data accuracy.
• Identify potential spam or suspicious listings and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and service standards.
• Work closely with Team Leads and team members to achieve operational targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 0-2 years of working experience.
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Contact Centre, Call Centre, or Voice Support is preferred.
• Experience handling inbound and/or outbound calls.
• Fluent in English and either Thai or Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
