Candidates Profile

: -

+ Excellent inter-personal skills, highly motivated individual;

+ Excellent team player;

+ Excellent bi-lingual communication skills, both written and spoken, English and Mandarin.

+Mandarin is not compulsory

Requirements

: -

• Experience in the area western restaurants;
• At least 2 years working experience in the senior position;
• Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, throughout the operation
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise all front of the house and back of the house employees
• Ensure food & service quality meets company standards
• Enforce health, safety, and santitation standards and all company policies.
• Provide excellent service,handle complaints, and address customer feedbacks
• Handle reservations and inquiries
• Manage cost expenses , minimize waste and mange inventory and purhcasing
• Promote the restaurant , implement marketing strategies and manage the restaurant public image
