Job Description
Responsibilities
Working hour:
Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 am to 1:00 pm
Key Roles
Attend to telephone and walk-in enquiries; serve parents, students, and visitors at the front desk
Assist SAT with filing, collection, and printing of documents
Assist in sending SMS messages via the school handphone
Assist with refreshments for events and meetings
Handle administrative matters assigned by SAT, including data entry
Print worksheets and examination papers alongside printing personnel
Cover printing duties during staff absence or peak periods
Ensure printed materials are sorted, labelled, and distributed to relevant staff/departments
Requirements
Preferably
secondary-level qualification
Preferably
2+ years' relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
