About EIGHTPOS
EIGHTPOS is a Singapore-based technology company providing cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) systems, QR Ordering, Self-Service Kiosks and business management solutions for F&B and retail businesses.
We are hiring a Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, manage merchant enquiries and drive sales growth in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential F&B and retail merchants.
Generate new business leads and manage incoming sales enquiries.
Conduct online and onsite POS product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing merchants.
Coordinate with the deployment team for merchant onboarding.
Maintain sales pipeline records and provide weekly updates.
Achieve a monthly target of 5 new paying merchants.
Requirements
Preferably 1–2 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience in POS systems, SaaS, F&B technology or payment solutions is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
Comfortable meeting business owners and conducting product demonstrations.
Able to work independently and manage sales targets.
Candidates without relevant industry experience are welcome to apply. Product training will be provided.
Salary & Incentives
Basic salary: S$2,600 per month.
5% sales commission on eligible company-provided leads.
10% sales commission on eligible self-generated leads.
Additional S$150 monthly incentive upon securing 5 new paying merchants.
Performance and salary review after 3 months, subject to management approval.
Working Arrangement
Flexible, results-driven working arrangement involving merchant visits, online demonstrations and office meetings as required. Daily office attendance is not mandatory.
