Job Summary

Support daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth coordination of equipment scheduling, customer communication, and sales support within the company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily equipment scheduling to meet customer and operational requirements
• Manage customer requests and respond promptly via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure high service quality
• Support the Sales Team by preparing quotations, managing contracts, and following up with customers to facilitate sales processes
• Liaise effectively with customers, equipment operators, drivers, and technicians to ensure seamless communication and operations
• Coordinate equipment servicing and maintenance schedules to maintain operational readiness and minimize downtime
• Communicate clearly in English to support customer interactions and internal coordination
