Responsibilities
Join QicoBay, an innovative oral-care brand! We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Retail Sales Associate who enjoys engaging with customers and introducing products that make everyday oral care easier.
Position Details
• Location: Jewel Changi Airport
• Employment type: Full-time
• Working days: 6 days per week
• Basic salary: S$2,500–2,800 per month, depending on relevant experience
• Sales commission on top of basic salary
Your Responsibilities
• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable QicoBay products.
• Explain product benefits and demonstrate how to use our products.
• Proactively engage shoppers and work towards individual and store sales targets.
• Handle payments and assist with daily store operations.
• Maintain tidy product displays and replenish stock.
• Support store opening and closing procedures as required.
What We’re Looking For
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to explain products and assist English- and Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Friendly, responsible, and confident approaching shoppers.
• Interested in sales and willing to learn about oral-care products.
• Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing good customer service.
