Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for a
Quantity Surveyor
to join a specialist international curtain wall and façade company. You will management project cost & claims with procurement & subcontractor.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project costs, including the preparation and submission of progress claims and variation claims to monitor project milestones and scope changes.
Handle procurement activities by sourcing contractors and suppliers, and review subcontractor payment claims to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Administer contracts and final accounts, including contract review, preparation of final account documentation, and coordination with subcontractors on related matters.
Support claims and delay management by assisting in the preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims, variation claims, and cost adjustment documentation.
Prepare reports and attend project meetings, utilizing internal systems such as OA and SAP for progress monitoring and project updates.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in the construction or related industry.
