Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to increase sales within the department.
Set clear sales goals for the team, monitor progress and implement strategies to ensure goals are achieved.
Identify new market opportunities and potential customers in the automotive and industrial sectors.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth in the Bearing Distribution market.
Understand customer needs, provide appropriate product recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans and implement strategies to overcome challenges and achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and industry stakeholders.
Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management.
More than 5 years of relevant management experience
